Firearm Purchases
You must be a licensed firearm dealer
to purchase a firearm from us OR make arrangements with a dealer
to transfer the firearm to you.
All firearm transactions must be made through a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL).
If you purchase a firearm, you must fax a copy of your FFL to 605 665-4649
before the item will be shipped.
We retain the right to refuse sale to anyone.
Dealers in states which
require additional licenses or permits to purchase or possess assault weapons, such
as California, should forward these licenses or permits to A-1 Corner to ensure
that you are in compliance with all applicable laws. Assault weapons cannot be sold
in California without proper permit. |
